AUSTRALIA BACKS BOOST FOR SURFING SCENE AT ARUGAM BAY, THE PREMIER SRI LANKA EAST-COAST TOURIST PLAYGROUND Australia is helping boost the booming surfing scene in Arugam Bay, the premier east-coast beach tourist playground in Sri Lanka. Australian High Commissioner to Sri Lanka Bryce Hutchesson recently launched a surf-instructor training programme organised by Skills for Inclusive Growth program, an Australian government initiative.
