AMAZING BIG-BIKE TOUR OF SRI LANKA FOR LUCKY GROUP OF INTERNATIONAL RIDERS The Star2 online portal for The Star newspaper in Malaysia reports on the amazing tour of Sri Lanka by a group of bikers including ten Malaysians, three Indonesians and a Briton. It notes that “with its beautiful countryside and Unesco heritage sites, this island country in the Indian Ocean is fast become a popular destination for big bikers around the world”. The jaunt was organized by Buzzword Events, which organises “unforgettable rides in Sri Lanka for the owners of high powered motorcycles (600cc and above)”. Says tour director Leslie Tilak Jayawardena: “The uniqueness of this tour is that foreign riders get to ride their own motorbikes in Sri Lanka where government regulations do not allow the registration of bikes bigger than 400cc.
